Hemingway Estates was founded in 2022 by Rosi Primova, a business management and law student with a passion for property management. Her journey began when a family friend entrusted her with managing a 5-bed student HMO in Newcastle. This initial opportunity sparked Rosi’s deep interest in property, leading her to pursue further knowledge and experience to excel in the field.
From Legal Insight to Property Expertise
Recognising the need to expand her expertise, Rosi began working closely with a social housing company in London, managing legal work and collaborating with developers and legal teams. This invaluable experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of managing properties, particularly HMOs. It wasn’t long before Rosi transitioned full-time into property management and investments, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative approach to the industry.
